Privacy Policy

GRIDIGMA is fully ad-free — there are no ad SDKs, we never sell your data, and we never use your data to advertise to you anywhere. This page describes, honestly, exactly what we collect and why.

Signed-out play (anonymous)

If you play without signing in, your device is identified only by a random anonymous id generated locally and stored in your browser. Gameplay analytics (which puzzles you open, hints used, completion times) are tied to that anonymous id, not to any personal information. This data helps us understand which puzzles work well and improve difficulty balance.

Signed-in play

Creating an account (email/password or Google sign-in) is required to purchase a puzzle pack. Once you are signed in, gameplay events and your daily-puzzle results ARE linked to your account — not fully anonymous — so we can grant your purchased packs, track your daily streak, and show your ranked leaderboard entries. This linked data is deleted when your account is deleted.

Google Analytics

Alongside our own analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find GRIDIGMA — which site or search brought you here, and which country you are in. It receives the pages you visit, plus a small set of milestone events (opening a puzzle, finishing one, sharing a result, viewing a pack).

We run it cookieless. Using Google Consent Mode we deny every storage category — analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation — so Google Analytics stores nothing on your device, cannot recognise you on a later visit, and your visit is never used to build an advertising profile or to remarket to you. IP anonymisation is on. That is also why this site shows you no cookie banner: there is no analytics cookie to consent to. GRIDIGMA remains permanently ad-free.

If you prefer not to be measured by Google at all, even cookielessly, Google's own opt-out browser add-on blocks it, as does any standard tracker blocker. Our own first-party analytics, described above, continues either way — it is what we actually use to balance the puzzles.

What we never do

Payment data

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card information. See Paddle's own privacy policy for how they process payment data.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all data linked to it by contacting us (see below). Deleting your account removes your linked gameplay history, daily results, and pack entitlements records tied to your identity.
