Refund Policy

Delivery

A GRIDIGMA subscription is a service supplied online; nothing is shipped and there is no delivery or shipping charge. The subscription opens on your GRIDIGMA account the moment the payment is confirmed, on every device where you sign in with that account. If access has not opened within 24 hours of payment, write to gridigma@fabervant.com.

Cancellation

The user may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period already paid for. Where the account is deleted, a subscription bought on this website is cancelled immediately, and Fabervant Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (Fabervant) does not refund the remainder of the period (see account deletion). A subscription bought in a GRIDIGMA phone app is cancelled in that store’s account settings. A subscription bought on this website is cancelled in GRIDIGMA under Profile → Subscription → Cancel subscription, on Paddle’s page opened from Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription, through Paddle’s buyer support, or by a request sent to the address below.

One subscription per account

An account holds one subscription at a time. If a second subscription is bought anyway, the one bought on this website is cancelled at once and its latest payment is refunded in full. If both were bought in the app stores, we email you how to cancel one; the Google Play one is stopped and its latest payment refunded in full, and an App Store payment can be refunded only by Apple.

When we stop a renewal

If we stop your subscription from renewing because the game was not played for 90 days (Terms of Service, “Subscription”), access runs to the end of the period already paid for, and that period is not refunded. If a payment is taken anyway for a renewal we said we would stop, it is refunded in full.

Türkiye

For a user in Türkiye, the right of withdrawal is governed by the Distance Contracts Regulation: 14 days from a new subscription, and using it does not end the right; the full amount is refunded through Paddle to the payment method used. Deleting the account does not end the right of withdrawal during the withdrawal period. The user’s other statutory rights are reserved.

Buyers outside Türkiye

A buyer outside Türkiye keeps any right of withdrawal or refund that the law of the country where they live gives them. Paddle, the merchant of record, also handles refunds under its buyer terms.

Who issues a refund

The channel through which the subscription was bought determines the party from whom a refund is claimed.

• This website — Paddle, the merchant of record, handles refunds under its buyer terms; requests may also be sent to the address below.
• The GRIDIGMA iPhone or iPad app — Apple issues the refund under its own policy. Requests are made through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• The GRIDIGMA Android app — Google issues the refund under Google Play policy. Requests are made through the Play Store.
• Steam (where GRIDIGMA is released there) — Valve issues the refund under the Steam refund policy.

Effect of a refund

A refund ends the access it paid for. The user’s account, solve history and posted leaderboard times are not deleted by a refund; only deletion of the account does that.

Making a request

Requests are sent from the email address on the account to gridigma@fabervant.com and state the subject and date of the purchase.

If a purchase was made by someone under 18 despite the age confirmation, a parent or guardian may ask for a refund through the support form. For purchases on our website and on Google Play we refund it in full and end the paid access; for App Store purchases Apple issues refunds, and we support the request to Apple.
