GRIDIGMA puzzle packs are digital content delivered immediately on purchase (the pack unlocks in your account right away).
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you were asked to (and did) expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you thereby lose the withdrawal right — the standard waiver-on-delivery norm for digital goods. Practically: because your puzzle pack unlocks instantly, the 14-day withdrawal window does not apply once you have completed the purchase and gained access.
That said, if something genuinely went wrong — a duplicate charge, a pack that failed to unlock, or a technical problem on our side — contact us and we will look at it in good faith. We are a small team and want you to be happy with your purchase.
