Refund Policy

Cancellation

The user may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period already paid for. A subscription bought in a GRIDIGMA phone app is cancelled in that store’s account settings.

EU, EEA and UK

On a new subscription the user has a right of withdrawal within 14 days.

Because access opens immediately, an amount proportionate to the period access remained open until notice of withdrawal is deducted.

The right of withdrawal applies to a new subscription and does not extend to renewals.

Türkiye

Turkish distance-selling legislation places digital content whose performance begins immediately outside the right of withdrawal. Access opens when the subscription starts, so that exception applies. The user’s other statutory rights are reserved.

Who issues a refund

The channel through which the subscription was bought determines the party from whom a refund is claimed.

• This website — requests are sent to the address below. Paddle, Fabervant’s payment provider and merchant of record, may handle a request directly under its own buyer policy.
• The GRIDIGMA iPhone or iPad app — Apple issues the refund under its own policy. Requests are made through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• The GRIDIGMA Android app — Google issues the refund under Google Play policy. Requests are made through the Play Store.
• Steam — Valve issues the refund under the Steam refund policy.

Effect of a refund

A refund ends the access it paid for. The user’s account, solve history and posted leaderboard times are not deleted by a refund; only deletion of the account does that.

Making a request

Requests are sent from the email address on the account to [email protected] and state the subject and date of the purchase.
